Arty Studio Privacy Notice

In short

Arty Studio runs on your computer. Your generations, library, projects and settings are stored on your computer. No usage data (telemetry) is sent to us.

Stored on your computer

  • Generated images, videos and audio; files you upload; projects and stories,
  • Your API keys — encrypted with a key protected by the operating system's keychain,
  • App logs and crash dumps (local only; never sent anywhere automatically).

Data sent to third parties

When you start a generation, your prompt and the reference files you pick are sent only to the provider you chose for that job, with your API key:

  • Higgsfield (video and image models),
  • Google Gemini (Nano Banana images, editing tools, optional face detection),
  • OpenAI (GPT Image),
  • ElevenLabs (voice, music, sound effects, speech-to-text),
  • Anthropic (chat, planning and prompt enhancement with Claude).

How these providers process the data is governed by their own privacy policies.

License, purchase and updates

  • Purchase: Payment is taken by our payment provider as the seller; your name, email, country and payment details are processed under the payment provider's privacy policy. To manage your orders and license status, the Licensor can see your name, email and order details in the payment provider's dashboard.
  • License validation: Your license key and device name are sent to the payment provider (at activation and about once a day).
  • Updates: The app checks GitHub for new versions; that request carries only standard connection data (IP address, app version).

Reporting an issue

The email you send with "Report an issue" contains the description you write and, if you agree, the page address, version, system information and the last lines of the app log. API keys are masked out of the log. The email only reaches us if you send it.

Exercising your rights

Since the data is on your computer, deleting, exporting (Settings → Backup) or moving it is entirely under your control. For data held by third-party providers, contact the provider.
