Commercial use
There are two separate layers: your right to use Arty Studio, and the rights to what you generate.

In all cases: AI output may not be protected by copyright in every country; using real people's faces or voices, brands or others' works without permission breaks the providers' policies and the law, and whoever publishes the content is responsible. FAQ
Are generation costs included?
No. Arty Studio runs on your own API keys (Higgsfield, OpenAI, Anthropic, ElevenLabs); you pay generation costs straight to the provider at their prices. We add no credits or markup.
How do I get my license key?
The key is emailed right after payment. Open the app, paste it on the License screen and press Activate. Your orders and key are always available through the link in your order email.
What if I switch computers?
Your data lives only on your computer; we keep no copy, so you take the backup yourself. On the old computer, use Settings → Backup → Download backup to get a single .tar file, and free the seat with Settings → License → Remove from this device. On the new computer, enter your key, then pick the file with Settings → Backup → Restore from backup. Your projects, generations and library come back, and the new computer keeps its license. API keys are left out of backups for security; you enter them again.
What happens if I cancel?
Everything stays unlocked until the end of the period you paid for, then the app locks. Your files stay on your computer; you lose nothing.
Is commercial use included in every plan?
Yes. Monthly, yearly and lifetime all let you use Arty Studio for commercial work: client projects, a monetized channel, ads. The rights to what you generate come from the terms of the provider you use; see the Commercial use section above.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Within 14 days of your first purchase (the first subscription payment or a lifetime license) you can ask for a full refund, no reason needed. Just use the link in your order email. Refund policy
Does it work offline?
The license is checked once a day; without a connection the app keeps working for 7 days. Generating needs the providers online anyway.
Where is my data stored?
Everything stays on your disk. Your projects, generations and API keys are never sent to us.
Invoices and VAT?
Payments go through our secure payment provider, which works out VAT/sales tax for your country and emails your invoice. Cards, PayPal and Apple Pay are supported.
